It's a deep red color with smells like ripe blackberries and cherries mixed with a bit of vanilla. When you taste it, you'll notice flavors like black currant, plum, and chocolate, along with some spices and oak. It has a smooth finish that lasts a while. This wine goes great with things like grilled meats, stews, or cheese. It's a taste that really shows off Paso Robles!
