This Opus One White Label Red Wine has a strong floral scent from the lavender, lilacs, and violets to the sweet, ripe berries like blackberries and blackcurrants. Including some graphite and slate. It's got a tonne of body, but it's well-rounded and elegant, with superfine tannins that linger for minutes. The fresh herbs, like bay leaf and lemongrass, complement the dark fruit beautifully. Tannins of this calibre have an incredibly high level of polish and subtlety.
