Timeless Napa Valley is a single vineyard proprietary red blend named after the song "Timeless," which was written by Silver Oak's Co-Founder youngest son David as a present for his father on his 85th birthday in 2015. Once the wine is mixed, it sits for 16 months in French oak barrels, where it gets flavours of vanilla and baking spices. The tannins dance across the bright and lingering cassis on the palate. This wine is elegant and has a lot of depth. It has a smooth finish and shows how calm summer can be.
